 | Steve Phelps Vice President Franchise and Business Development Mr. Phelps is responsible for Franchise Development, working with all new prospective owners, guiding them through their initial investigation phase. He is also heavily involved as a tactical business partner to all franchisees, providing guidance, marketing leadership and management. Steve’s high-level relational sales background of more than 20 years, ensures continued franchise growth at both the Corporate and Studio level. He has been involved with Speedpro Imaging since inception in 2003. |
 | Matt Gemmill Vice President Franchise Operations Matt Gemmill is a Professional Digital Imaging Specialist with 20 years of sign industry experience. In 1992 Matt started his own Sign Company located in Southern California primarily manufacturing digital imaging for Advertising Agencies, Vehicle Wraps, Sign Shops and the Watercraft Industry. Matt worked with Speedpro in 2001-2003 and then moved to Roland DG (Speedpro’s main Technology Vendor), holding several positions with Roland from 2003-2008. In January 2009, Matt came back to Speedpro, bringing more than 5 years of in-depth technical experience from Roland. Matt is currently in charge of Franchise Support and Operations for Speedpro Imaging. |
 | Shawn Smyth Technical Support Shawn brings a wealth of experience to his position here at the Scottsdale Corporate Office. He has worked as a Roland Service tech for several years on all devices. He recently became Roland Certified on the newest devices. During his tenure at Roland Headquarters, he worked in numerous departments, mainly their Customer Services Department handling the responsibilities of the entire Western Regional Territory, containing over 20 Roland Dealers. Shawn handles the technical support division here at Speedpro and all customer service matters. He is also color literate, meaning he currently writes profiles for the devices used in the Speedpro Studios nationwide and will be involved in the training of newly opened Studios. |
 | Pat Clark Accounting Pat Clark is responsible for all Corporate Accounting. Pat has a degree in Business Management and twenty-five years of corporate level accounting experience. She is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor with extensive experience in small business software such as Quickbooks Pro, and Peachtree. Also Microsoft certified to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Pat’s specialty areas include setting up new accounting systems, human resources and payroll processing, credit management, training, auditing of financial statements, inventory control and internal operating procedures.

 | Scott Schoner Regional Support Manager - New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and DC Scott graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in business administration, and also holds an MBA from Rutgers University. He was involved in the start-up of a wireless company, Corporate Telecom. Scott built it into a successful operation and ran the business for 17 years before selling in 2005. It is with this experience in building a business and a brand that Scott has brought to Speedpro Imaging. Scott enjoys travel and his involvement in Rotary. |

Dave worked for Campbell Soup Co. where he served as Director of the National Customer Team. Prior to that he was President of California Day Fresh Food, a division of Chiquita as well as General Mgr. of Chiquita Fresh Cut, Ohio. He then held a number of Product Management positions focusing on new product development, advertising, promotions & overall brand development. The last 8 years he was the National Sales Manager for Research Products, responsible for over 50 direct sales people & regional managers throughout North America.

 | Ron Neave Regional Support Manager - Florida Originally from the UK, Ron started his business career as a certified accountant before switching into Information Technology with IBM. Later he held the positions of Regional IT and Operations Director in Europe and North America with Cabot Corporation, DHL Worldwide Express, and Cardinal Health. In 2002, Ron and his family founded a full-service graphics and sign company in Tampa. In 2008 they aligned this business with Speedpro and are now developing and supporting the network throughout Florida. Ron’s wife, Georgina; daughter, Sara; and son, Brad, are all actively involved in management and operations.

 | Paul Reinhardt and Annette Vernon Regional Support Managers - San Francisco Bay Area Annette brings over 20 years of experience in strategic program and project management to her roll at Speedpro Imaging. A early Sun Microsystems employee, her responsibilities over the years included overseeing customer briefing programs, sales support programs and corporate events. She holds a MA in Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam. Paul’s diverse career includes film, video and live event production; corporate marketing and business development roles at Sun Microsystems and Sony; and Executive Director for the Mobile DTV Alliance and SD Card Association. He attended UC Berkeley and Santa Clara University School of Business and received his BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Paul and Annette enjoy cooking, travel and tennis.

 | Michael Price Regional Support Manager - Massachusetts/Connecticut/Rhode Island Michael's professional experience includes over twenty years of diverse national and international experience with proven success in corporate sponsorships, sales management, radio, broadcast & cable television advertising sales. His career experience has included management and sales positions at ZGS Communications/Telemundo New England, Petry Media Corp.NY, Cablevision NY, Katz Communications in London/Chicago, and Tribune/WGN Television in Chicago. In 2009, as a consultant for Progreso Latino, he was the Project Manager of Progreso’s Youth Homeland Security Initiative. He identified funding prospects, convened a planning team and assigned tasks to the Central Falls Police & Fire Chiefs, the President of Progreso and the President of the Rhode Island Red Cross. The program was designed to offer at-risk youth the opportunity to receive certificate training in life saving techniques, emergency preparedness and disaster relief.

He is a native of Massachusetts, but his career has led him to call Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, and Chicago home.  | John Dalton Regional Support Manager - Downstate New York John has 25 years of pharmaceutical sales, sales management and training experience with Pfizer and Warner-Lambert where he was the Senior District Sales Manager developing sales teams for the NY Metropolitan area. John was also the Regional Sales Manager for a contract with Boehringer-Ingelheim pharmaceuticals to develop and launch a new sales team for the North East. Prior to Pfizer John has experience in sales of electro-optical equipment for OEM applications and as a Clinical Laboratory Manager for a major NYC Medical Center. He received his BS from Wagner College, NY in Laboratory Medicine and is Board Certified as a Medical Technologist. John received his MBA in Business Management from Pace University, NY. |
 | Scott & Kimberly Frane Regional Support Managers - Michigan Scott comes as an Automotive Senior Account Manager previously working for companies such as Magna and Lear Corporation. He has managed some of the largest supplier accounts in the industry with sales in excess of $2.3 Billion. Kimberly’s prior career was as a mortgage professional. She was an Account Executive for companies such as Washington Mutual, Chevy Chase Bank, and Taylor Bean and Whitaker. She was instrumental in opening the Michigan market to these companies and funded in excess of $1 Billion of mortgages in her career.
They have three children and in their free time enjoy watching and supporting their kid’s activities.

 | Nick and Bohdan Yaremko Regional Support Managers - New York Prior to joining the Speedpro family, Nick spent 20 years at Johnson & Johnson, where he held leadership positions in R&D, project management, sales and marketing, and corporate strategic development. His most recent position was Associate Director of Strategic Business Improvement in the Pharmaceutical sector. Nick is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, lean manufacturing expert, and holds nine U.S. and foreign patents in medical diagnostics. He received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union School of Engineering in NYC, and M.S. from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. Nick is joined by his son, Bohdan (Dan), who comes to Speedpro from Absolut Spirits, where he was IT Manager for the entire US organization. Prior to this, Dan was senior IT consultant at the Rockefeller Group. He graduated from Cooper Union with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. He is an avid photographer and in his spare time supports the Children of Chornobyl Relief and Development Fund. |
